1. Claims for Misprints, Damage, or Defects:

Any claims regarding misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Unboxing Video/Photo Requirement:

To ensure smooth processing of your claim, please capture unboxing videos and clear photos showing the defects along with the original packaging. Failure to provide this documentation will unfortunately prevent us from moving forward with a replacement or refund.

3. Verification Process:

Once we receive your claim and supporting images/videos, our team will verify the issue and assist you with either a replacement or a refund.

4. Lost Packages:

If your package is lost during transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days after the expected delivery date. Checkout the delivery policies.

5. Handling the Package:

Please unbox your package carefully. Any damage caused by sharp objects (such as scissors) while opening the package will void eligibility for refunds or replacements.

6. Wrong Size Orders:

If you’ve mistakenly ordered the wrong size and the product is in perfect condition with no defects, we are unable to process a refund or return in this case.

7. Return Process Time:

Once your return is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your bank account.
